The rail pass exchange vouchers are issued once a week on Thursdays.  Depending on the day you place your order, you can pick up from our office anytime from the following Friday morning.  The office is open for pick up Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

All rail pass exchange vouchers are issued once a week on Thursdays and mailed out the same day by Canada Post regular mail. Depending on your location, you should receive it within 4-7 business days from our shipping date.

The fastest delivery we provide is to have your rail pass delivered at your hotel in Japan for you. Our Tokyo office will ensure it gets to you after 3 business days form your order date.  Your hotel will hold it for you until you check in.
